Need to Know Info
COLD WEATHER
Blankets, blankets, blankets....speaking from experience, Ryan can get really cold at night. Blankets are a must have. The light fleece ones really make a difference and can live in your car.
Under Armour...is another must have. Sports Authority and other sporting goods stores sell them. I bought my daughter’s at Target, they were much cheaper there.
Portable Heaters...An item that I have not purchased yet, but may have to soon, is a portable heater. I have seen other parents with them, but not sure how well they work.
HOT WEATHER
Frozen wash cloths. Big or small ice chests work just fine. The key is to fill the bottom of your ice chest with water and ice, followed by the wash cloths. During those really hot days, putting a frozen wash cloth on the back of kids’ neck or head really brings their body temperature down quickly.
Another great idea that I learned from a great soccer mom was "the sprayer". Actually it’s a brand new pesticide tank filled with water. Home Depot has them for under $20.00. Again, on those really hot afternoons, nothing feels better then to be misted down with some cool water. The 1.0 or 1.5 gallon sizes are just right.

THE WONDER WHEELER
I can’t say enough good things about the Wonder Wheeler. I spent many an afternoon breaking my back by hauling ice chests, folding chairs and soccer backpacks on and off the field. Then another mom showed up on the field with her wonder wheeler. I was
sold. This is the best invention for any parent who lugs everything but the kitchen sink to the fields each weekend. Here is the link to one of the many different websites that sell it. Prices may vary so search for the best deals. This the site I bought mine at.
